The Minnesota State Bar Association will present a CLE seminar titled Drafting, Handling & Negotiating Contracts in Minnesota.
The program will take place on Monday, February 25 from 8:55 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center, Seventh Street and Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis.
Panelists will cover topics including: effective drafting and negotiating strategies; finding and dealing with hidden traps; how to best use indemnity agreements; using and understanding waivers; the latest on electronic contracting; how to best use assignment clauses; working with warranties and disclaimers, and proving and defending claims.
