The New York County Lawyers Association is hosting a three-part series for member lawyers titled Writing Retainer Agreements, Setting Fees and Getting paid. Part one is scheduled for Thursday, April 8, part two for Thursday, April 15, and part three for Thursday, April 22, all from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
Attendees will learn about the legal, ethical and practical considerations of writing retainer agreements and setting fees. Also, participants will learn how to treat clients so they want to pay you.
The speaker is Martin L. Feinberg, who serves on the ADR and Arbitration Committee, NYCLA.
