MCLE's tenth annual Environmental & Land Use Law Conference will take place on Thursday, January 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at MCLE, Milstein Hall in Boston.
The program will be cochaired by Pamela D. Harvey of the Department of Environmental Protection, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Gregor L. McGregor of McGregor & Associates, PC. Other speakers will include Alicia B. McDevitt, assistant secretary, Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs; Carl F. Dierker, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; Nancy E.
