Massachusetts CLE (MCLE) has scheduled its Employment Law Conference 2007 for Friday, December 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Conference workshops will cover: discrimination update; tort, contract and legislation update; class action wage and hour disputes; tips on discovery in employment litigation; 409A meets employment law; from background checks to blogging: practical issues relating to computer use and employment; expert witnesses and damages in employment discrimination claims, and update of leave of absence issues.
