Representative negotiations demand an equitable and enduring resolution that may go beyond the type of negotiation required for business or personal issues. On July 30, the PA Bar Institute will host Negotiation and Conflict Resolution for Lawyers. The program will start at 8:30 a.m. and adjourn at 3:30 p.m. at the PBI Professional Development Conference Center, Heinz 57 Center, 339 Sixth Aveune, Pittsburgh.
Gerald Williams, an internationally known leader in the art, psychology and law of negotiations, will lead attendees through video examples of actual negotiations to help them exploit their talents as lawyers and negotiators in order to fulfill the high expectations of their clients. Mr. Williams is a professor of law at Brigham Young University.
This PA Bar Institute session will take place again on July 31 at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010, Philadelphia.
