A program sponsored by NJICLE in cooperation with the NJSBA Business law Section and the NJSBA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section will be held at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin on Tuesday, November 17, commencing at 5:00 p.m. and adjourning at 9:00 p.m.
The program will be introduced by Gianfranco A. Pietrafesa, secretary of the NJSBA Business Law Section and of the firm Herten, Burstein, Sheridan, Cevasco, Bottinelli, Litt & Harz, LLC. Robert A. Knee of The Knee Law Firm will address trusts & estates and Lisa Deitsch Taylor of Stern & Kilcullen LLC will discuss corporate issues. After a break, Ira Meislik of Meislik & Meislik will talk about real estate issues. Finally, Mr. Pietrafesa will speak about ethics for negotiators to be followed by a Q&A.
