The Lawyers Alliance of New York will celebrate business lawyers, nonprofits and community leaders with an annual gala dinner.
The reception and dinner will be held on Wednesday, May 12, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Gotham Hall, 1356 Broadway in New York City.
The event will begin with a cocktail reception followed by a seated dinner, during which Lawyers Alliance will offer a brief program presentation.
The Business & Law Leadership Gala will feature the Lawyers Alliance's unique perspective on the current economic climate and the impact on nonprofit clients and the communities they serve.
The Gala will also recognize the outstanding public service leadership of C. Robert Hendrickson, board chairman, president and CEO of MetLife, Inc.; Gladys Carrion, commissioner of the New York State Office of Children & Family Services; and Mike Pratt, president and executive director of the Scherman Foundation for their outstanding commitment to the community.
