West LegalEd has planned a Basics of Government Contracting seminar in Las Vegas, Nevada, from Tuesday to Thursday, August 16 to 18.

The faculty are Louis A. Chiarella, an attorney in the Washington DC area with more than ten years' experience specializing in government procurement law; Kenneth J. Allen, a general counsel in the private sector who has practiced government law for more than 28 years; Jonathan H. Killham, a senior counsel in the Office of General Counsel, Raytheon Co.
