Ronald Meisberg, general counsel for the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, D.C., will give the keynote address at PBI's Labor Law Symposium on Wednesday, December 10. The program will be held at the PBI CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010, Philadelphia, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and concluding at 4:05 p.m.
Some of the most pressing labor law issues of the moment will be discussed, including the Employee Free Choice Act, collective bargaining and the Fair Labor Standards Act, privacy and security in the workplace, hot issues in public sector law, and advice on how to avoid crossing ethical boundaries in collective bargaining and the grievance process.
