Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy partner at Kramer Levin, Philip Bentley, will chair an upcoming conference titled Madoff and Ponzi Scheme Litigation Conference. The seminar will be held on Wednesday, June 8, beginning at noon with registration and lunch and continuing until 5:00 p.m. with a reception. The event will take place at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center, Chicago.
The conference will provide an overview of the Madoff investment fraud and will discuss the role of the SIPC, clawback litigation, indirect investor litigation, tax issues and offshore funds.
