On Thursday, October 6, Jones Day will present Supreme Court Issues: A Review of Key Cases as the Court Kicks Off the New Term. The event will be held at the offices of Jones Day, 500 Grant Street in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It begins at 8:00 and ends at 10:00 a.m.
The presenters, Gregory A. Castanis, Brian J. Murray and Leon F. "Lee" DeJulius Jr., all of Jones Day, will provide an in-depth analysis of the current landscape at the U.S. Supreme Court. This program will include a review of the 2010 term and a preview of the 2011 term, with a special emphasis on cases that affect corporate America. The presentation will offer not only legal analysis of the new decisions, but also practical pointers and suggestions about what those decisions may mean for corporate clients on a going-forward basis. Finally, this presentation will discuss key business cases recently decided by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
