On Thursday, February 18, the San Diego ACC chapter will hold a morning MCLE session: Joint Ventures and Strategic Partnerships Part 1.
It will be held at the office of Latham & Watkins, 12636 High Bluff Drive, Suite 400 in San Diego. Breakfast and registration begin at 7:30 a.m. followed by the program from 8 to 9.
In the current economic environment, strategic partnering and alternative approaches to business relationships are more important than ever as companies navigate their way through the continuing credit crisis and capital market volatility. As companies seek to replace traditional financing sources with strategic partnering alternatives, it is important for corporate counsel to understand the various structures, options, and strategies available, as well as the common pitfalls to be avoided.
