The Institute for Applied Management & Law, Inc. offers a four-and-half-day certificate program in Employee Relations Law. The classes will be presented in three blocks. The first block, Labor Law in the Union, Non-Union Workplace is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, November 9 and 10. The second block, Employment Discrimination Law, is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, November 11 and 12, and the third block, Special Issues in Employee Relations, is scheduled for Friday, November 13.
Monday through Thursday, the program runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday, from 8 a.m. until noon.
Classes are located in The Doubletree Hotel at 1515 Rhode Island Avenue NW, Washington, D.C.
The course is designed for experienced human resource professionals and covers a variety of substantive employment issues with a focus on their practical application. Students will learn the state-of-the-art best practices for employee benefits professionals.
