Fordham Law Presents International Arbitration

Fordham Law is holding the Fifth Annual Law Conference on International Arbitration and Mediation on Monday and Tuesday, June 14 and 15.

The symposium is located at the McNally Amphitheater at Fordham Law School, 140 West 62nd Street in New York City. The schedule for each day is, Monday at 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:15 a.m. through 1:00 p.m.

This annual conference will bring together leading international arbitrators, mediators, practitioners, and scholars to discuss contemporary issues in international arbitration and mediation.

The topics will include mediation in the UK and elsewhere in Europe; key issues in the U.S. law of international arbitration; dispute resolution by the World Trade Organization; hot issues in international arbitration from the corporate perspective; and inside counsel as sophisticated users of the mediation process.

Among the distinguished faculty are Arthur W. Rovine, Fordham Law School; Charles N. Brower, judge, Iran-United States Claims Tribunal; Suzanne Ulicny, ICC International Court of Arbitration, deputy director, Arbitration & ADR North America; and David H. Burt, E.I du Pont de Nemours and Company.
