The Florida Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Electronic Everything: The Practice of Law in Today's Digital Environment.
The program will take place on Friday, January 18 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Miami Hyatt Regency, 400 Southeast Second Avenue, Miami.
Presentations will focus on generating and maintaining credible electronic records; policy development and enforcement; identity management, authentication, encryption, key management, disaster recovery and life-cycle issues, and ongoing vigilance and maintenance. Judges will discuss perceived e-discovery/electronic evidence issues and suggestions, including the emergence of computer generated evidence in litigation; discovery requests, responses, and spoliation of digital evidence under the new Federal Rules/Florida RCP and emerging decisional approaches.
