New insight on effective winning strategies will be provided by the Missouri Bar Associations upcoming program, Missouri Employment Law and Practice - Winning in Employment Litigation: Addressing the New Challenges.
The seminar will be held on Friday, June 6 at the Sheraton Westport Plaza Tower, St. Louis, and on Friday, June 20 at the Intercontinental Kansas City at the Plaza, Kansas City. At both locations, the program will begin at 8:25 a.m. and conclude on 4:30 p.m.
The faculty will include Nancy Morales Gonzales, Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P.; Andrea G. Baran, United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Kansas City; and the Hon. Lisa S. Van Amburg, 22nd Judicial Circuit, Division 19, St. Louis. The seminar will offer strategic advice on practicing in all areas of employment law and is targeted to all types of legal practice, from corporate counsel to trial attorneys to lawyers representing individuals.
