DRI has scheduled its Civil Rights and Governmental Tort Liability Seminar.
The program will take place Thursday and Friday, January 24 and 25 at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ.Sessions will run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and 7 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
Leading experts, trial attorneys and professors will present a variety of practical and substantive topics, including the impact of the United States Supreme Court's decision in Scott v. Harris on the use of force in the police pursuit case, emerging issues in government employment litigation, evidentiary issues in the defense of police officers and police agencies, and ethical considerations for government attorneys in multi-party representation matters.
The seminar also offers the opportunity for networking and idea sharing with in-house and outside counsel from across the country.
