DRI will present its annual Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Seminar.
The program will take place Thursday and Friday, February 28 and 29 at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans in New Orleans, LA. Sessions will run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and 7:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
This seminar will help participants master strong defenses to the ever-changing strategies of the plaintiffs' bar and stay informed about recent regulatory actions. The roster of speakers will turn abstract propositions into practical "how to" information. Attendees will hear from skilled defense lawyers about the latest in medical monitoring, the defense of industry conspiracy claims and the strategic management of mass torts. Substantive presentations will show how to move in front of global climate change and rise above the nanotechnology explosion.
