Product Recalls and Claims: Facing the New Challenges is the title of the inaugural conference of DRI Europe set for Thursday and Friday, April 17 and 18 at the Hotel Ritz Madrid, Madrid, Spain.
The conference will open with a reception starting at 6 p.m. Thursday. On Friday, breakfast at 8 a.m. will be followed by a series of panel discussions and other substantive presentations from 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Product recalls and the ensuing potential for liability present increasingly complex and difficult challenges for European businesses, their lawyers and insurers. This conference offers an opportunity to learn the latest on cutting-edge topics from speakers with in-depth, worldwide experience in all facets of handling product recalls and claims.

The conference is aimed at defense attorneys, trial lawyers, corporate counsel, risk managers, regulatory affairs personnel, insurance claims professionals, experts on crisis management, directors and managers involved in the prevention of product liability and in recall procedures, and members of entrepreneurship associations most potentially affected by product liability risks.
