On Thursday, June 4, The Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia will host a progam titled Managing the Costs of E-Discovery in the Current Economic Climate: Proactive Records Management. The course will begin at 11:30 a.m. and adjourn at 2:00 p.m. at the offices of Crowell & Moring LLP, 1001 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in Washington, D.C.
The panel discussion will feature Courtney Ingraffia Barton, counsel at Crowell & Moring; Christina Ayiotis, CRM Group Counsel, E-Discovery and Data Privacy, CSC; Maura Dunn, CRM, PMP, Director Legal Management Consulting, Duff & Phelps LLP; Donna Vitalie, CRM, Corporate Records Manager, AOL LLC; and Laura Zubulake, author and speaker on the subject.
Aimed at addressing methods of proactively managing e-discovery through comprehensive records and information management, the seminar will examine how e-discovery can be the largest expense of any litigation or regulatory action.
