On Thursday and Friday, July 29 and 30, the National Employment Law Institute will examine developments in Employment Discrimination Law.
The conference will be held at the Westin Washington DC located at 1400 M. Street NW in DC. It will run from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. day one and from 8:00 a.m.to 1:15 p.m. day two.
A distinguished faculty will examine the most significant developments in EEO and their impact on employment practices. Thursday's highlighted session will be a discussion of the new compensation analysis after Ledbetter, which will focus on the impact of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.
On Friday the topics under consideration include ADA compliance, the FMLA re-focused and the top ten overlap issues concerning the ADA, FMLA and other leave laws.
