In a two-day conference to be held at the Renaissance M Street Hotel in Washington, DC. The American Law Institute-American Bar Association will present Corporate Taxation.
The conference will begin on Thursday, April 2 and continue to Friday, April 3. On the first day introductory remarks will begin at 8:45 a.m. and the program will adjourn at 5 p.m. On the second day the program will begin with a networking session at 8 a.m. and adjourn at 5 p.m.
Topics to be covered include basic merger and acquisition structures and their consequences as well as complex issues and cutting-edge structures. Taxable structures, tax-free merger and acquisition structures, divisive structures, restructuring involving troubled companies, ethics and professional responsibility and cross border considerations will also be featured in the program's comprehensive agenda.
