The University of Texas School of Law has scheduled its 21st Annual Technology Law Conference.
The program will take place Wednesday-Friday, May 21-23 at the Four Seasons Hotel, 98 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, TX. Sessions will run from 6 to 8 p.m. on day one, from 8:50 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on day two and from 8:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on day three.
This advanced course for business lawyers, corporate counsel and IP practitioners will cover issues such as: The Market for Online Gambling and Fantasy Sports - Business and Legal Issues; Technology Contracts and Agreements: A Practice Guide to Effective Negotiation, Drafting and Strategy; Open Source: M&A and the Secrets of Commando Due Diligence; Trademark and Domain Names: Legal Developments and Practical Compliance Tips; Copyright Developments: What's Happening Outside the World of User-Generated Content, and Emerging Antitrust Issues in the Technology Sector.
