The Colorado Bar Association is planning a CLE seminar titled How to Craft a Winning Story for Judge and Jury.
The program will take place on Wednesday, February 20 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver. A video replay of the program is scheduled forTuesday, March 11 at the same location.
Discussion topics will include: Why the Theory of Your Case Is Not the Story; Why the Judge and Jury Need to Hear a Good Story to Make a Good Decision; Becoming a Good Storyteller - It's Not as Hard as You Think; Helping the Judge and Jury See the Facts in Your Case, and The Key Characteristics of a Good Case Story.
