The Colorado Bar Association has scheduled a morning seminar titled Ethics Hot Topics: Internet Marketing, Attorney's Fees and Attorney Fee Agreements for Tuesday, December 15, at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street in Denver.
The seminar will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 11:45 p.m.
In these economically challenging times, ethics questions regarding Internet marketing, attorney's fees and fee agreements come up often. In this morning seminar, a faculty experienced in these ethics hot topics will tackle those issues, discuss right and wrong answers, and show attendees how they can avoid trouble.
The faculty includes James H. Chalat and Linda J. Chalat, Chalat Hatten & Koupal PC;Lisa E. Frankel, Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel in Denver; and Ross W. Pulkrabek, Starrs Mihm & Pulkrabek LLP.
