City Bar Encore Presentation On Sustainability

Join the City Bar as they replay their popular program, The Business of Being Green: How Emerging Laws Make Sustainability an Imperative.

The video replay will be shown on Wednesday, March 3 from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the New York City Bar Association at 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

Participants will learn how sustainability is part of the critical agenda for the new federal administration. Both New York City and State have been in the forefront of implementing sustainability programs that encourage state agencies, public benefit corporations and authorities as well as corporations to do their part to become greener. Attendees will hear from proven leaders regarding energy and climate change, product toxicity avoidance and other developments. Government and industry experts will examine sustainability guidelines, tax and other incentives and ways that businesses can position themselves to avoid liability.
