The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel is offering a CLE seminar titled CLE - What Keeps You Awake at Night?
The program will take place on Thursday, June 5 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Armstrong Technical Center, Harrisburg, PA.
Among the discussion topics will be: Intellectual Property; Business Software Alliance; Document Retention; Electronic Discovery; Defamation and First Amendment: Case Study of Funeral Protesters; Managing Risks in Employment and Employing a Diverse Workforce, and Enterprise Risk Management (Panel of Corporate Counsel).
