The Boston Bar Association will host a year in review of the current labor and employment legislation on Tuesday, November 9, at the Boston Bar, 16 Beacon Street, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Speakers on both sides of labor and employment will discuss significant legislation and how unions, employers, and practitioners have reacted through negotiation, litigation, or otherwise in 2010. This program will also include views from the lobbyist and legislator perspectives and what issues and regulations will come in the future. The speakers will be announced on the Boston Bar's website.
