A joint meeting of the Arkansas Judicial Council with the Arkansas Bar Association will take place this year on Wednesday - Saturday, June 11-14 at the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Guest speakers for the four-day event will include nationally recognized experts in legal strategy, business planning, legal writing and trial techniques, including Professor Neal Katyal, Georgetown University Law School; Bill Haltom, past president, Tennessee Bar Association, and Courtney Anderson, legal analyst. Panels will take place discussing recent changes in securities law, combating discovery abuse and court-mandated mediation.
