For its 26th Annual Real Estate Symposium, the Colorado Bar Association has chosen the Keystone Resort and Conference Centerin Keystone, located near the White River National Forest. The three-day seminar will run from July 17-19 and will include opportunities to earn CLE credits and to have fun with family and friends.
The seminar agenda on day one will run from 11:30 a.m.-4:40 p.m. and will be followed by the annual wine tasting event and a party for children. On day two, the program begins at 7:45 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. and is followed by a cocktail reception.The program begins on day three at 7:30 a.m. and ends at noon, to be followed by a golf outing.
Seminars will explore such topics as effective strategies for working with local governments, tax planning for real estate transactions, compatible use of the surface by owners and oil and gas operators, and the impact of foreclosure on parties other than the borrower and lender.
