The National Conference for the Minority Lawyer will be presented by the American Bar Association andthe Alameda County Bar Association.
The conference will take place on Thursday and Friday, June 26 and 27 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Dolce Hayes Mansion in San Jose, CA.
The discussions will offer minority lawyers practical training and real world advice about how to prosper while promoting diversity, how to improvepresentation techniques to promote success, facilitate a better understanding of diversity, and teach you to market yourself by building your credentials. The sessions also will include updates on legal issues such as securities law, mediation strategies, and new developments in e-discovery. Opportunities for networking are available to encourage attendees to interact and to share the experiences, strategies and solutions common to lawyers of color
