He will explain the differences between and the advantages or disadvantages of the different institutional rules such as the ICDR, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL. Other topics include factors that weigh for or against arbitration in a given deal and how to draft arbitration clauses with issues such as sovereign immunity, costs and continued performance.
