The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Advising Corporate Directors.
The program will take place on Friday, June 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with registration starting at 8 a.m.
Panelists will address topics including: Duties of Directors and Officers Under Ohio Law; Liabilities Under State and Federal Laws; Intellectual Property and Other Confidential Information - Employer-Employee Issues; Attorney-Client Privilege, and Applicability of New Ethics Rules to Representation of Corporations and to In-House Counsel.
Among the speakers will be John P. Beavers, Bricker & Eckler LLP; Brigid Heid, Luper Neidenthal & Logan, and Mason Evans, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP.
