Dorros, deputy chief, fraud section, U.S. DOJ, will open the conference with a landmark FCPA year in review and provide the latest on FCPA cases against companies and individuals; discuss the U.S. enforcement authorities' ability to reach foreign issuers; and examine proactive law enforcement techniques, informants, industry-wide investigations and sting operations.
