The Southern California ACC chapter has scheduled a roundtable discussion for Wednesday, November 11, to help legal departments in a post-economic downturn. Doing More with Less: Advanced Contract Management Strategies in a New Economic Era will be held at the IBM Corporation, 3545 Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Panelists John Corcoran, senior director and general counsel of Cisco-Linksys, and Rob Donaldson and Jean Schanberger of Axiom will provide GCs and other decision makers with strategies for decreasing cycle times while increasing compliance, efficiency, and ultimately revenue. Specific topics for discussion include vendor renegotiation; contracts playbook creation and form standardization; online contracts database creation and management; and empowering your business teams through effective training.
Anne Jacoby of Axiom will moderate the discussion.
