The San Francisco ACC has planned an evening at the ballpark plus CLE for Tuesday, August 26 at AT&T Park. The Colorado Rockies are scheduled to play the San Francisco Giants, and two suites will be provided.
The one-hour CLE program is titled "It's Not Easy Being Green: Avoiding the Legal Pitfalls of Greening Your Business," with a particular focus on green advertising laws. Topics that will be discussed are the term green-washing and what it really means, recent regulatory and judicial rulings in green advertising, and the various certification programs available to companies and whether these ensure avoiding green-washing claims.
Food and beverages will be provided by host firm Hanson & Bridgett LLP.
