On Wednesday and Thursday, May 12th and 13th, the ABA is hosting the 20th Annual Institute on Health Care Fraud.
This year, the Institute will be held at the Eden Roe Hotel, 4523 Collins Avenue in South Beach, Miami. Registration will begin on Wednesday at noon followed by CLE sessions until 4:00 p.m. On Thursday, the program will run from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and on Friday the scheduled events run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The 20th Annual National Institute on Health Care Fraud will provide attendees with a rewarding educational experience. Practitioners in the health care field, regulators, prosecutors, defense attorneys and qui tam relators' counsel will learn of the latest developments in the much-discussed topic of health care fraud, waste and abuse.
This is a topical seminar based on the developments of new health regulations which may or may not be enacted by Congress this year. Speakers from the National Association of Medicaid and Medicare Fraud will discuss legal and ethical issues that arise in the health care fraud practice.
