On Thursday, December 9, the American Bar Association is holding a teleconference and live audio webcast of the Third Annual FCPA Update: Current SEC and DOJ Enforcement Initiatives. It will begin at noon and end at 1:30 p.m. EST.
This seminar will highlight key enforcement trends and priorities as well as provide a practitioner's approach to mitigating FCPA risk in diverse global organizations. Program panelists include the Honorable Stanley Sporkin, widely regarded as a key author of the FCPA during his tenure as director of the SEC's Enforcement Division, who will provide insights into the origins and operation of the statute. In addition, senior DOJ and SEC officials will discuss current enforcement trends, initiatives and priorities providing participants with key insights into the future direction of enforcement efforts.
