On Wednesday through Friday, May 5 to 7, the American Bar Association is hosting a forum for in-house counsel to discuss Internal Corporate Investigations.
The program will be held at the St. Regis Hotel, 923 16 and K Streets NW, Washington, DC. It will run from 11:00 a.m. through 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, from 8:15 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, and on Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Now more than ever, corporate investigations are the centerpiece of corporate compliance, risk management and government investigations defense and litigation strategies. Participants will learn about evolving government agency standards and voluntary disclosure. Attendees will learn the importance of the need for assessing the conduct of officers, directors and employees and their impact on corporate liability.
Preeminent in-house and outside counsel, government attorneys, and other experts will share valuable insights into the issues surrounding conducting corporate investigations.
