On January 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. the NJCCA and Kelley Drye & Warrens LLP will present a timely program on 2010 Antitrust Update at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel, 199 Smith Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054 (just off Routes 80 and 287).
The seminar will focus on key antitrust law developments of interest to in-house counsel as well as a look ahead of what to expect next. The presentation will cover new actions from the Obama administration at the DOJ and FTC in both competition and consumer protection law. The speakers will address key developments in the courts on substantive and procedural topics, giving an in-house perspective on how these developments affect counseling of the corporate client.
