On Wednesday and Thursday, October 17 and 18, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute will host its annual Business Lawyers' Institute for the 13th year. The event will take place at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010, in Philadelphia.
On both days the program will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 4:15 p.m. A luncheon is included in the tuition on each day.
Kenneth R. Feinberg, managing partner and founder of The Feinberg Group, LLP, will deliver an address in the opening session. He was appointed Special Master of the Federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, and is currently a member of the National Judicial Panel, Center for Public Resources. His presentation as a special guest speaker is this year's Ed Sell Memorial Lecture.
PBI's design of the two-day program is such that attendees may choose between concurrent programs at each hour from a total of 44 workshops.
