DRI Submits Official Comments to Advisory Committee’s Proposed Changes to Rule 30(b)(6)

While finding proposed changes by the Advisory Committee on Civil Rules to Rule 30(b)(6) concerning depositions “to be helpful, in the main, to all litigants”, DRI, in its official comments to the Committee, calls for a framework for the meet and confer discussions proposed in the amendments.
