London-based Kirsty Wilson, corporate partner and chair of the global Reorganisations Group, joins both the executive committee, and Baker McKenzie's EMEA Regional Council, while Gustavo Boruchowicz, M&A partner and former managing partner of Baker McKenzie's Buenos Aires office, takes up the role of Latin America chair in addition to his executive committee responsibilities.
